Please note that some features mentioned in the planner are only available for certain Torace price plans. The Torace Client Timeline Planner was created by Team Torace to help clients align their match process to Torace and organize deadlines. This document is intended to be helpful and not restrictive, so please use what you need.
Questions to Consider
The questions to consider on the first page are a checklist to ensure that your program is up-to-date before beginning. These questions should have been answered during your account build, but things change and it’s helpful to check-in.
Timeline Planning Graphic Organizer
This graphic organizer can be used to sequence the timeline for your event. We recommend using one graphic organizer per event. The columns are as follows:
Event Stage or Action Item: This column lists all the Event Stages in Torace in bold and additional actions you can take outside of Torace which are italicized.
Mentor Dates: This column is available for you to fill in the date(s) on which you plan to engage Mentors.
Mentee Dates: This column is available for you to fill in the date(s) on which you plan to engage Mentees.
Planning Questions, Notes, and Suggestions: This column includes some questions for you to consider that will help you set up your event for success.
